Ingredients

• 4.5cl MaGin Ki Yuzu
• 10cl Floral tonic water
• 2cl Lime juice
• 2cl Agave syrup
• ½tsp Wasabi paste
• Wasabi sesame seeds

Method

1. 01In the shaker, loosen the wasabi with the lime and the agave.
2. 02Add the MaGin and some ice, then shake.
3. 03Strain into a highball filled with ice.
4. 04Top up with floral tonic, stir gently.
5. 05Garnish with wasabi sesame seeds.

Ingredients

• 1tsp Sichuan pepper
• 4cl MaGin Ki Yuzu
• ½tsp Matcha (infused in 7cl of water at 60°)
• 2cl Lime juice
• 2cl Agave syrup
• 1 Egg white

Method

1. 01Infuse the matcha in 7cl of water at 60° and leave to cool.
2. 02Crush the Sichuan pepper.
3. 03In the shaker, combine MaGin, agave, lime, egg white and matcha, dry shake without ice.
4. 04Add the ice and shake hard again.
5. 05Strain into a well-chilled coupe, scatter the Sichuan pepper over the foam.

• 4cl MaGin Ki Yuzu
• 2cl Blue curaçao
• 2cl Lime juice
• 2cl Agave syrup
• 10cl Floral tonic water
• 2tsp Fennel seeds
• 1 Liquorice stick

Method

1. 01Fill the shaker with ice.
2. 02Pour in the MaGin, the lime, the agave and the blue curaçao, then shake.
3. 03Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
4. 04Top up with floral tonic, stir gently.
5. 05Garnish with fennel seeds, a liquorice stick and dehydrated citrus slices.

• 2cl Grapefruit juice
• 2cl Lime juice
• 2cl Agave syrup
• 5cl Pomelo tonic water

Method

1. 01In the shaker, combine MaGin, grapefruit, lime and agave with ice, then shake.
2. 02Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
3. 03Top up with pomelo tonic water, stir gently.
4. 04Garnish with a grapefruit zest.
