A gin, a manga, a quest
A bottle of MaGin Ki Yuzu, a manga of cocktail recipes and a box designed like a collectible figure: the MaGin Box brings the MaGin universe to life well beyond the bottle. Previewed at the Liège Gin Festival, it was officially launched on 4 May 2025.
Les Recettes, Volume 1: every cocktail reads like a chapter
Inside, two pieces that belong together. First, a 500 ml bottle of MaGin Ki Yuzu, our organic Belgian gin with Japanese yuzu and vanilla. Then Les Recettes, Volume 1, our cocktail recipe book illustrated in manga style.
Everything comes in a black window box worthy of the finest collectible figure displays: you can see the bottle and the manga side by side before you even open it.
The window box, like a collectible figure box
This is not just a recipe book. In this manga, the main character is none other than MaGin, and every cocktail becomes a quest: the steps unfold panel by panel, from the ingredients to the final pour.
The book was created with mixologist Maria Picon, who helped the MaGin Team perfect its signature cocktails. Sharp-eyed readers will spot hidden references throughout the pages. And as the title says: this is only Volume 1.
Opening the box: the Les Recettes manga and the bottle of MaGin Ki Yuzu
The MaGin Box was first unveiled as a preview on 19 and 20 April 2025 at the Liège Gin Festival, at the Société Littéraire. A long-awaited novelty for the community, ahead of its official launch on 4 May 2025.
Since then, it has become a true piece of the universe: a gateway into the MaGin quest, between spirits, storytelling and manga aesthetics.
Birthdays, the holidays or simply a treat for yourself: the MaGin Box is made to be given. It speaks as much to gin lovers looking for a different Belgian gin as to manga fans who love beautiful objects.
